SYNCHRO-FEED WELDING SYSTEM

The Syncho-Feed Welding System is an exclusive, industry-leading technology developed by OTC Daihen. It is an integrated system of state-of-the-art technology of ultra high speed wire feed control with Welbee welding current control. This system achieves up to 98% reduction in weld spatter compared with conventional welding system. Ultra low spatter and high quality welding results are achieved over a wide range of welding current. It is likewise capable of performing high current, high speed welding with ease.
